We are always on the lookout for mental health professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of couples and individuals. We are currently seeking independently contracted therapists to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. What We Look for in a Team Member
We desire team members who display compassion and support for their clients and contribute to a positive atmosphere in our group practice. We are especially interested in licensed and pre-licensed mental health candidates with experience and passion to provide optimal care to individuals and couples while contributing to our positive private practice environment. We desire team members with experience in a variety of therapeutic modalities for individuals and couples, sex therapists, CSAT's, pre-marital, LGBTQ issues, and trauma. We highly encourage all therapists, LGBTQ and BIPOC therapists to apply. Candidates interested in pursueing specialty certifications will be highly considered.
What We Provide
Our fully furnished clinics in Edina and Maple Grove are the ideal settings to build your practice. In addition to a steady stream of clients, we provide thorough administrative assistance, including insurance billing, electronic health records, online scheduling, an easy-to-use client portal, and virtual telehealth options. We also offer reimbursed training opportunities, staff consultations, holiday pay, and a generous compensation rate.
