More About Erik

My goal in therapy is to help be the catalyst for change you want for you in your life.  You are the expert in you, your needs are real and valid.  I love helping people navigate the very real stressors and pressures of the world, and helping them find approaches that align with their needs and the resources available to them.  I particularly enjoy the quality of life improvements that come from assisting with anxiety/panic disorders, major life transitions, grief and loss , traumatic events, tech and other media addiction and its impact on relationships or even our own personal wellbeing.  I know from extensive experience that it's quite a step to reach out, and for many I’ll be the first therapist you ever speak with in your life, I always want you to come away from every interaction feeling heard, and that you are walking the path you want and moving closer to where you want to be or what you want to get back to.
