More About Janell
I work extensively with clients to help them tell their story, examine limiting beliefs and understand how past experiences shape who we are. I also see clients struggling with sex addiction, often working with both the primary client as well as the partner impacted by the addiction. I have an eclectic approach to therapy that includes aspects of multiple therapeutic theories and psychoeducation. I also utilize many evidence based modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT).
I see clients at our Maple Grove location either in office or virtually.
